		<description>I was the same with grammar when I was learning German - had no idea at all, since grammar just isn&#039;t taught in schools here in Australia. 

When I was in Germany, my host sister asked me a question about grammar for her English homework, so I gave her the correct answer and then she asked me to explain why. &quot;I don&#039;t know why - it just sounds right&quot; - not so helpful when giving an explanation to someone who&#039;s learning English!
