En Espanol Por Favor

Peggy Hill is looking like a good spanish teacher right about now.

I am taking spanish 102 for my final class ever! Well, unless I get a masters, but that is not in my imediate future, so yeah for me I am almost done.

Eduardo is my spanish teacher. He is from Peru. He is nice and all and has a knack for drawing on the whipe board, but please speak a little english.

I don’t even know the difference in preterite and perfect/imperfect nouns or verbs in english, so how am I supposed to get it in spanish.

Read the book over and over I guess. It is starting to sink in, I think.

  1. I was the same with grammar when I was learning German - had no idea at all, since grammar just isn’t taught in schools here in Australia.

When I was in Germany, my host sister asked me a question about grammar for her English homework, so I gave her the correct answer and then she asked me to explain why. “I don’t know why - it just sounds right” - not so helpful when giving an explanation to someone who’s learning English!

    Enjoy your final class!!
