Worry, worry, worry... It starts when they are shrimps in your belly. Then it goes to SIDS, soon your worried about whether or not they are regulating their body temeratures.

Then you start worry about why they aren't crawling and why they haven't walked. Is his head too big or is it too small? Why isn't his hair coming in? OMG could he have a lazy eye? Will he be smart? Atheltic? Funny? BORING?!?!

Then they turn one and the shit really hits the fan.

The best thing to do is write all the worries down just to get them out of your head and read a lot of books anad magazine articles about child development. And when your son isn't following the typical pattern rest assured that he is the son of Jaime Drummond, a free spirit who never lets any book or article tell her how to live her life. Any thing less from your cub would be something to worry about. **HUGS**

We don't know what it is to really worry until we have a tiny baby to worry about and worry for. Sure, you worried before he came along-am I going to get there on time, am I going to do the right thing, am I blah blah blah, you get the point. All those worries will seem like nothing when you are worrying for him...

You've never been a worrier, so don't start now. It's a horrible tendency to pass on to your child...and they will pick up on it. Look at my mom and me.
