I just saw Huey Lewis
I saw Huey Lewis at the grocery store. Even though he is not like Brittney Spears famous anymore, it is still a celebrity sighting.
And yes, I have waited on him before and he is only a 10 percent tipper, still its Huey Lewis. He was huge when I was growing up. Huge.
One thing I really like about him is that he is smart enough to appreciate the Bitterroot Valley.
The Bitterroot Valley is one gorgeous place. Before I went to the store, I went for a drive by myself. I went up on Illinois Bench. It is so pretty, you can the the Bitterroot Mountains forever. They have fresh dusting of snow and look just amazing. They’re so rugged and majestic. I love it!
I saw bald eagle too. He was in front of me for a lot of my drive, just soaring and being beautiful. I went through the Lee Metcalf Refuge and saw some ducks and other birds. I thought briefly that I should take my ducks there and let them go. But they would probably die with out Chris. They think he is their mother.

he’s also one of the CCS group that has tried to overturn Montana’s public water and land access law by going to court to not allow ordinary people to walk on his land up to the high water mark, as the law permits. Has lots of money, no class, little talent and wants to screw the citizens of Montana. Next time you see him, ask the CCS about it.

I’ll do that.
Yeah I knew about the water thing. The court just declared Mitchel Slough a ditch. That the means the little guys lost and he can keep us all of that part of the river.
Like I said he is a 10% tipper. That says a lot.
BUT…he is probably the only celebrity I have been less than 10 feet from. So jerk or no jerk, still a highlight.

The bitterroot people have fished that river for a long time, countless generations. I do not think it is right for a rich Californian. or any other rich transplant to move in here and take the rights that the people through the generations have had. Mr. lewis knew that when he purchased the land that the river was public property and should except that. If he does not like it, then he can pack up his shit and go back to L.A. where he came from. The bitterrooters have earned there right to fish that river from years of living with substandard jobs and pay. these people work hard and for the most part good people. If we let this type of control continue, the rich will take the rights of all the people in this valley. Mr. lewis has just set presidence to do just that and it must be stopped or it will bleed the God given rights out the american people who have worked so hard to live here.
